Seeking a marketing professional to handle content management, some content creation, and lead nurturing, primarily through emails on certain cadences. Assistance with setting up sequences for phone calling lists is helpful.
My primary tools are Outreach and a super-custom SalesForce.
The job will ramp up to full time, potentially quickly. At the moment, I’m in the process of re-vamping my database and restructuring my accounts and contacts, so as that gets cleaned up, the workload will become heavier (I’m unsure of where everything will really be cleaned up … but probably 10-20 hours a week for the first few weeks, and ramping up to full-time in coming weeks, if not then 2 months.
My business specifically targets companies around Washington DC who have office leasing needs. The companies run a wide array of industries. We are going to be sending marketing material based on a number of potentially interesting topics for the recipient (i.e. 1. something dynamic in the local real estate market of the prospect, 2. something relevant to the prospect’s industry sector, 3. market reports based off local data.)
There are aspects of content creation, but it’s not a huge factor.
Management and organization of a medium-sized list of prospects (5000) is key to this role. This isn’t that big of a number, so I’m trying to make semi-custom marketing touches … I want every touch to have a real relevance to the prospect.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$25.00
