3D Architectural modeler – Upwork

Looking for an experienced 3D residential modeler to work off completed architectural AutoCAD floor plans and elevations. AutoCAD plans will be provided. We are looking for a Solid 3D (Sketch-up or Rhino) model that is built per the drawings provided.  We are Not looking for a finished rendering. The modeler must follow the elevations as they are in AutoCAD. We will be bringing this into our rendering program so the model needs to be clean and ready for us to apply materials. Interior walls, floors, stairs, roofs, overhangs and ceilings will need to be set up per floor (its own group or layer) and each category to be color coded accordingly. We are looking for an experienced modeler that knows how to follow instructions clearly and accurately.

Hourly Range: $9.00-$14.00
