Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Alkhemy’s services and qualify leads.
Identify key decision-makers within target organisations and establish rapport through effective communication.
Articulate the benefits of partnering with Alkhemy and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Maintain and update email and communication templates
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies and achieve targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance outreach efforts
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
Be comfortable making a high volume of calls (100+ calls/day)
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner.
Ability to effectively convey complex information and articulate value propositions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Experience in ZOHO and Aircall would be an advantage
Hourly Range: $8.00-$17.00
