Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Bilingual Sales Representative to handle our sales calls. The leads you will be working with are ultra-qualified, thanks to our dedicated appointment setter who ensures that only the most promising prospects are forwarded to you. Your primary responsibility will be to convert at least 40% of these leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls with ultra-qualified leads and effectively convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand and adapt to the various offers and services/products we provide.
Communicate effectively and persuasively in both French and English.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously learn and stay updated on our products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of converting leads.
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new offers and sales techniques.
Self-motivated, intelligent, and driven to achieve results.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
