We are seeking a skilled Geospatial data and Blender expert to assist in developing interactive homesite maps for newly built residential communities. We captures drone imagery that we would like to convert to an interactive homesite map. We will provide the necessary geospatial data. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D modeling and web integration, and be capable of transforming geospatial data into interactive maps using Blender and Verge3D. Familiarity with Verge3D is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Convert Geospatial Data: Utilize provided geospatial data and stitched drone imagery to create 3D models and interactive elements in Blender. Use Verge3D (or similar) to integrate 3D models and geospatial data into an interactive web app.
Interactive Features: Develop clickable plot boundaries that display pop-up information and integrate 360-degree street-level imagery points into the interactive map (we also capture 360-degree street level imagery, similar to Google Street View)

This will be for an MVP. Our main goal is to figure out whether this is a feasible endeavor. The long term goal will be to make an actual product out of this, hence, a long term position could be on the horizon.
Requirements:
Proficiency in QGIS / working with geospatial data.
Proven skills in 3D modeling and rendering using Blender.
Web Integration: Familiarity with web development tools, ideally Verge3D, for creating interactive web applications.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy and detail in mapping and 3D modeling.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the development and design teams.
