CAD Designer for Automotive Parts – Upwork

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer to create detailed constructions for automotive accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD design and a deep understanding of automotive accessories. The main responsibility of the CAD Designer will be to develop accurate and high-quality 3D models and technical drawings. The successful candidate will collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that the designs meet all specifications and requirements.

  Responsibilities:
  – Create CAD constructions for automotive accessories for Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicles (mostly steel for overland and offroad vehicles)
  – Develop accurate and detailed 3D models and technical drawings and work with existing 3D models supplied by Mercedes-Benz
  – Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure designs meet specifications

  Requirements:
  – Proven experience in CAD design
  – Preferrably knowledge of automotive parts and requirements for use inside and outside
  – Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  – Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
