+ 3D Rhino Model OR Revit model of the home
Scope:
The project consists of making drawings and a 3D model from high-resolution laser scan data. Based on the point cloud file and photogrammetry model, you must deliver elevation drawings in DWG and PDF formats of all interior spaces (1 office, 1 living room, 1 sun room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen).
Seeking:
A 3d modeler/architectural draftsman who is comfortable creating as-built drawings. Somebody proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, OR Rhino, someone who can work promptly with little direction and has experience working with point clouds produced by Faro scanners.
Notes:
This should be fairly straightforward as far as CAD goes. The primary focus will be on detailed elevations of a historic home, which will be used for archival documentation. In addition, delivering a 3D model compatible with Rhino or Revit software will be required.
Our data is of high quality; we will provide laser scans (e57), drone photography, and corresponding photogrammetry models (.obj).
