Job Overview:
We are a new startup in the wine, beer, and spirits industry seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Digital Marketing and Strategist. The ideal candidate will help us develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies on a limited budget, driving brand awareness and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing cost-effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and website traffic.
• Content Creation: Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for the website, social media, and email campaigns, with a focus on maximizing impact with limited resources.
• SEO and SEM: Implement basic SEO and SEM tactics to enhance online visibility and improve search engine rankings.
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media campaigns to build a strong online presence and engage with our audience.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with our audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our small team to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep our strategies relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Education: Degree in Marketing and business.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in the Wine, Beer and Spirits industry or a related field is a plus.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing and visual design.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus but not required.
