Email Marketing Manager – Upwork

We are looking for an experienced and creative Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, particularly for products such as printers, photocopiers, technology, PPE, and office supplies. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our range of products, including printers, photocopiers, technology items, PPE, and office supplies.
Create compelling and engaging email content, including copy, design, and layout.
Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and engagement levels to ensure targeted and effective campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize future campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing to continually improve email performance.
Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and data protection regulations.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to stay updated on new products and promotions.
Maintain a calendar of email campaigns, ensuring timely execution and consistency.

Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in email design and HTML.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of the technology and office supplies market is a plus.
