I am looking for an experienced ArchiCAD drafter who can accurately draw the facades/sides of houses and front yards for my exterior design business, Hotspace. You will be provided with some dimensions and photos to assist in the process. However, sometimes we have minimal information to go on, so you will need to be able to think outside the box. Attention to detail is crucial! Your main responsibility will be to create accurate CAD drawings of the existing facades (sometimes back yards, too). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ArchiCAD software and previous experience in drafting house facades – ideally for Australian houses. We need you to be fluent with how ArchiCAD works so that you can set up the drawings correctly and so that we can manipulate them at our end. The ability to work quickly and accurately is essential. 24-48 hour turn-around is generally required and we will have 2x new projects per week ongoing, for the right candidate. Payment is US$40 per project (some projects will be easier and some will be more complex, but I prefer a fixed price). Must be open to using ‘Slack’ for communications.
