We are seeking an experienced 3D designer/architect to design and create a rendering of a building we are looking to purchase and revamp in West Oakland, California. Ideally the model would include exterior decorations (signage, lighting, seating, vegetation) and/or non-structural modifications to help add character/charm to the building. It is also important to create a similar atmosphere to recent developments in West Oakland.
Project Scope:
The final images will be used in a pitch deck to investors to attract them to the project. It would serve to showcase the possibilities available to revitalize the building. The rendering would have to demonstrate a feasible and cost-effective design that doesn’t affect the building’s structure. We will provide floor plans, CAD files, pictures of the building, and some inspiration photos.
The timeline of the project is pressing and we are willing to offer a bonus if the project is done promptly. Revisions to the model may have to be done as the deal progresses or factors change.
