Freelance CAD Specialist – Upwork

We are a small but growing CAD services company based in Munich, Germany, specializing in providing high-quality CAD solutions for small and medium-sized architectural firms, engineering offices, design studios, and construction companies. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Freelance CAD Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CAD software and a keen eye for precision and detail.

Responsibilities:

Create and modify technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work.
Produce detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D visualizations.
Ensure all drawings and models comply with industry standards and project specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Provide CAD software support and training as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a CAD Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Strong technical drawing and 3D modeling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills in English; German is a plus but not required.
Reliable internet connection and necessary hardware/software setup for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with small to medium-sized architectural firms, engineering offices, or design studios.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.
Degree or certification in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
