Project is new construction and requires a professional electrical engineer for prepare permit MEP design.
HVAC design includes detailed HVAC load calculations based on air conditioner capacity.
Design to include new power service, circuiting, panel locations, one-line diagram, and back-up emergency generator. Lighting fixture selection to be by others but this design shall include circuiting and switching for lighting.
