We are in need of a talented interior designer to assist with the comprehensive renovation of our 1600 sq. ft. condominium, featuring three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The project involves kitchen remodeling, wall demolition, bathroom updates, and new flooring installation. We aim for a modern aesthetic and require someone proficient in CAD software to accurately design and visualize the space. We will give photos of tile, cabinets, floors, vanities, etc for you to include in renderings and also welcome suggested designs and finishes so we can compare the styles in the renderings
