Requirements
Qualified candidates should be able to generate high quality leads and have strong familiarity with key target audience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry and consumer care in Asia, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, and China.
• Prior experience with LinkedIn or email marketing is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills, with a professional communication style, are essential.
• Must possess meticulous attention to detail and a customer-service orientation.
Responsibilities
The candidate will engage with businesses through LinkedIn and email to generate interest in our services, nurturing relationships with potential customers over extended periods. With training provided by us, you will possess a deep understanding of our service offerings and our capabilities in product development and manufacturing, effectively communicating these aspects to the prospects. You will support us with:
• Identify and qualify leads, establish key points of contact within targeted companies.
• Initiate preliminary discussions to explore the potential interest of companies in our services.
• Provide detailed information about our value proposition and how it addresses client needs.
• Develop personalized outreach strategies and marketing materials/posts where necessary.
• Document interactions and maintain an excel sheet to track leads and progress.
• We are NOT looking for individuals who engage in hard-selling techniques or send generic emails for B2B lead generation. Instead, we seek professionals who focus on building genuine relationships, understanding client needs, and providing personalized, value-driven interactions. You MUST be a skilled communicator, both written and spoken.
