I am seeking a dedicated and creative LinkedIn Content Development & Social Media Manager to manage and enhance my LinkedIn presence as an exec in philanthropy. The primary responsibility is to craft and post one high-quality LinkedIn post per week, aimed at building and maintaining a strong personal brand, engaging with a professional network, and establishing thought leadership in [specific industry or domain].

**Key Responsibilities**:
– **Content Creation**: Develop, write, and schedule one LinkedIn post per week that reflects my voice, professional achievements, industry insights, and personal brand.
– **Content Strategy**: Collaborate closely with me to create a content calendar that aligns with their career goals, industry trends, and personal branding strategy.
– **Engagement**: Monitor post performance, respond to comments, and engage with connections to foster meaningful interactions and relationships.
– **Profile Management**: Optimize my LinkedIn profile, including updating the headline, summary, experience, and other relevant sections to ensure it effectively communicates their expertise and professional narrative.
– **Analytics & Reporting**: Track the performance of posts, including engagement rates, connection growth, and reach. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to refine the content strategy.
– **Networking Support**: Assist in identifying and connecting with potential connections, influencers, and industry leaders who align with my professional objectives.
– **Trend Monitoring**: Stay informed about LinkedIn trends, updates, and best practices to keep my profile and content relevant and effective.

**Qualifications**:
– Proven experience in managing personal LinkedIn profiles or similar social media accounts.
– Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to match the individual’s voice.
– Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform, including its tools, analytics, and content strategies.
– Experience in personal branding, especially for executives or professionals.
