Job Description:
Reporting to the Marketing Director and Co-Founder, you will become a vital part of the Marketing Team for 2 e-comms brands! Hours are negotiable but we’re looking for someone who can commit to 15-20 hours per week.  Your job will entail a wide and exciting variety of tasks coordinating the execution of a holistic online marketing and social media strategy. From finding and managing Influencers, repurposing UGC, writing blog posts, promoting on socials, using your graphic design skills to enhance social media, managing email and website content, and updating websites with UGC and graphics (to name a few).

This is a fun and busy role for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised and has great creativity, initiative and customer service skills. Although you’ll have lots of support and a marketing strategy to work with, we want someone who will take ownership of this role, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.

Essential skills and experience:

1. Creative graphic design for web and email
2. Experience in updating content/images on Shopify sites (not coding, you will be using a content management interface)
3. 3+ Years experience as digital marketing/social media coordinator
4. Social Media Management and creation – Creating, scheduling social media posts, reposting, sharing etc – using creative skills to make engaging content
5. Email marketing experience – email sequences, putting together newsletter, bulk email sends
6. Blog and recipe post creation – including using AI prompts to create these to a high standard, fact checked and in the brand voice.
7. Influencer management – strong organisational and customer service skills to manage a number and range of influencers, including rates/contracts, queries, payments, and content collation.
8. Native level or very fluent english language skills
9. Be in a workable time zone for Adelaide, Australia available during most working hours (ACDT).

Desirable experience – but not essential:
Klaviyo, Amazon, Conversion Optimisation, Social Cat or other influencer platform experience. You will be using online tools for collab and effective working practices, including Slack, Click Up, Sked Social, Social Cat etc but these can all be learnt easily.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$45.00
