The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing funnels, analytics, and offer creation. This role involves setting up and managing comprehensive marketing analytics, including reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and goals, as well as developing effective marketing strategies that drive growth.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure marketing analytics, including reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and goals.
• Analyze current marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Design and optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
• Develop compelling offers and marketing strategies that align with our premium brand positioning.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the luxury or wedding industry.
• Expertise in marketing funnel design and optimization, with a track record of driving significant growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports.
• Ability to create compelling offers and drive marketing strategies through data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM is a plus.
