The goal of this project is to create a 3D model and walk-through rendering of a single hotel room and its furniture, from architecture drawings and sketches.
The attached architecture drawings and sketches are in these JPG files:
“21274 – Queen-Queen Room Layout” Shows the relative position of the beds, furniture, bathroom, etc., of this hotel room.
“21100 – Queen-Queen Room Reflected Ceiling Plan” Shows the room dimensions and also the ceiling heights. The ceiling heights are different in each part of the room, and I’d like that reflected in the rendering and walk-through.
“21322 – Guest Room Bathroom Sketch” Shows what the bathroom should look like, including mirror and light details and designs
“21104 – Furniture Elevations” – shows the dimensions and sizes for the furniture, windows, etc., in the room.
The room’s theme was “Mediterranean”, which I interpret as “Greek.” So good choices for room colors might be mostly white, blue, with one or two accent colors.
There are two sample color palettes attached for you to choose from.
I am very interested in the ability to capture the room’s details such as furniture, fixtures, and moldings. If that doesn’t seem possible, please let me know before starting work.
