1. EQUIPMENT FLOOR PLAN (highlighting the layout of all equipment being used in the space)
I will provide you with a full list of equipment, along with spec sheets for each item so you have all the dimensions. I will also provide you with a good sketch of the layout plan so you know exactly where to position each piece of equipment. There are approximately 40 items that will need to be included in the floor plan.
2. ELECTRICAL + LIGHTING FLOOR PLAN (highlighting electrical and lighting layout)
I will provide you with the existing electrical and lighting plans for this space, which you can simply copy over. There will only be 1 or 2 additional elements to add to the "new" electrical plan, otherwise everything else is the same.
3. PLUMBING FLOOR PLAN (highlighting hot/cold water locations, waste lines, and water heater information)
I will provide you with all the necessary details and information so you know exactly what elements to include and where to include them.
All plans must be drawn in a concise, detailed and professional manner using scale of ¼ inch = 1 foot.
