RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify and reach out to potential clients who need BPO services.
– Present and pitch our remote BPO solutions to prospective clients.
– Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
– Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
– Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
– Provide feedback and insights to help improve our sales strategies and service offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in BPO sales with a strong track record of client acquisition.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong understanding of the BPO industry and remote work trends.
– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
