I think that what i need is relatively easy but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it in a clean way and I just want to make sure it’s accurate. Someone with more experience than me should be able to do it easily.
I want to "unfold" the attached STL file into a flat series of shapes.
Think of it like a box when it is unfolded.
The purpose is i want to do a vinyl wrap around the object (i’ve 3d printed it already).
I want the unfolded shape to be in one piece if possible. If the one piece needs to break that is workable and fine.
Object should be exported as SVG and ensure it is to the right scale of the 3d model so the vinyl sticker will fit. (the dims of the 3d object is 769.55 x 299.75 x 295.78mm) in case it imports wrong.
let me know any questions thank you!
