Use CAD to identify quantities of elements on a communications network upgrade plan. – Upwork

We have plans that are sent to us that we believe are created using CAD and we need to extract information from then to get quantites etc.
Quantities we need are as follows:
– Meters of new conduit to be installed in the ground and size
– Meters of cable/fibre cable to be installed/removed and size of each.
– Number of communications pits to be installed, removed and located and the size/type of each.

I have attached an example of the type of plans we receive, please let me know if there are any questions or restrictions you may see with this and any ways you think it may be possible to extract the data we need.
We quote these jobs daily so it is imperative these quantities are correct.
From some research if they are CAD drawings, it should be possible for the CAD program to extract the info needed or at least some of it.

Some rules for this plan are:
– Items in green are not to be quantified as they are nto something we will be working on.
– Items written in red are new installs except for the numbers inside of hexagon which deliniate the location.
– items written in blue are existing items in the field and if they have a red line through them then they are to be removed unless stated left in situ.
– Items in green with red lines through them are not of interest to us.

Thank you.
