Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete setup, execution, and optimization of our YouTube Ads campaigns through the Google Ads platform to ensure maximum performance and lead conversion.
Design and implement strategies specifically aimed at converting leads, including crafting compelling ad content and optimizing landing pages.
Provide hands-on guidance and practical insights on managing YouTube Ads, including campaign setup, keyword selection, video ad creation, and landing page optimization.
Establish and manage budgets and bids, track conversions, and adjust strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Offer practical tips and strategies to help us understand the YouTube Ads process and build our capability for future independent management.
Answer questions and provide clear examples to ensure thorough understanding and effective application.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing successful YouTube Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead conversion.
In-depth knowledge of YouTube Ads and Google Ads features and functionalities.
Ability to manage and optimize campaigns effectively while providing actionable guidance.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience in keyword research, video ad creation, and landing page optimization.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads Certification with a focus on YouTube Ads.
Experience in both campaign management and providing guidance to clients or teams.
A demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results and converting leads through YouTube Ads.
