Fix Hardcoded Menu Structure in Header.PHP – Upwork

Short project. I had a developer create API calls that reside in a Login page.  The Login Page is called when the web visitors visits 2 pages on my site (before the page is accessed).  The developer implemented call to the Login Page by hard coding the menu structure into my themes header.php file.  As a result, I can no longer change my menu structure using the WordPress interface.  I need someone, to take a look at the customizations the developer made to the header.php file (they are minor) and find a way to call the login page in a way that does not require hardcoding the menu structure.  I'm providing the original themes header.php and the modified header.php.  In the modified header.php file – the menu items that require the login are past-issues and body of knowledge.  To see the site in question, check out apmpnca.org.
