I'm looking for a perfectionist that has the ability and persistence to FURTHER improve the load speed of my website.
I've already hired a very capable webmaster to improve my website speed. He did a great job. But told me it is not possible to increase it any further because the CMSs have not yet adapted to the latest lighthouse algorithm.
We have removed unnecessary plugins, reduced redirected scripts and external requests, worked on defer parsing of javasript, added and configured expiry headers, browser caching, image optimization and minification, minified JS, CSS, etc and use of CSS prites for fast loading of differential images on pages, and so on.
I already am aware that the biggest cause for slowness on my site are from the ads that I have on my site. Now, I mention this because the ads provide revenue; therefore, they must not be removed.
I've ran my URL on Google's website speed test and GTmetrix and it fluctuates (see attached for most recent results).
The goals are to get my website load speed faster than 3 seconds with a score of 100 for both mobile and desktop.
I am looking for an expert, that is able to describe to me how and what needs to be done to achieve these scores WITHOUT removing the ads on my site, and is ok with getting paid by the RESULT that he/she is able to deliver.
Also, changing servers is out of the question because I've already paid a lot of money to get a dedicated server. You need to work with what you've got.
8 Core / 16 Thread
Intel Xeon-D CPU
16 GB RAM
2 TB HDD or 512 GB SSD
CPU clock speed is at: 2.1 ghz clock speed.
top – 00:43:48 up 366 days, 22:03, 1 user, load average: 1.26, 1.24, 1.28
Tasks: 396 total, 1 running, 394 sleeping, 0 stopped, 1 zombie
Cpu(s): 0.0%us, 0.0%sy, 0.0%ni, 93.7%id, 6.3%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.0%si, 0.0%st
Mem: 16332332k total, 14144464k used, 2187868k free, 423204k buffers
My website is: https://tubofcash.com
Let me know if this is something you can improve to the desired goals that I have outlined above. Now obviously, I don't really expect a google site speed test of 100 on both mobile/desktop and score of A and A for pagespeed score and Yslow score. But it needs to be substantially better than where it is at right now and must be in the top 90 – 95% of websites.
