Prepare detailed Construction working drawings as per request.
Qualification: Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology
BAA. in Architecture along with experience preparing architectural construction drawings.

The ideal candidate must be able to use Revit and its collaborative features in addition to working with onedrive. The selected candidate will be instructed on how to set up collaborative features in order to ensure effective collaboration and communication

Must be able to follow instructions and is able to present drawings according to established graphics standards.

The technician must understand that time is very important and any delay will cause issues with the client. If there is a delay then chances are the project will be affected negatively.

This is an ongoing process and as such selected candidate must be reliable.

TECHNOLOGIST WILL BECOME OUR ON-CALL TECHNOLOGIST
As a freelance technologist, you will be given projects on a regular basis at fixed rates.

What We Need:

We are seeking a talented 3D artist to help us achieve the following:

Texture Enhancement: Apply high-quality, realistic textures to our existing 3D model, elevating its overall aesthetic appeal.

Geometry Refinement: Add detailed geometric elements to improve the model’s visual fidelity and make it more striking.

Developer Collaboration: Provide guidance to our developer on the technical steps required to enhance the model’s appearance on the web.

Process Documentation: Create a detailed document outlining the texturing and refinement process. This guide will be used for future models and will also include best practices for optimizing the model for WebGL.

What We’re Looking For:
