We are seeking a talented and experienced CAD Designer to join our team and create detailed plans for our interior accessories.

German language prefered but not a must.

Your designs will be the blueprint for our production team, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed CAD drawings for a variety of interior accessories, including but not limited to wooden and multifunctional products.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet all specifications.

Utilize knowledge of materials such as wood, metal, and plastic in design processes.

Ensure ergonomic and safety standards are integrated into designs.

Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any design-related issues.

Requirements:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.).

Strong understanding of different materials and their properties.
Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of ergonomic and safety design principles.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in designing interior accessories.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We need you to composite THREE identical photorealistic BLACK SUVs into one clip of live action footage (using existing 3D models).

This is an urgent project with a quick turnaround needed:
DEADLINE is Wednesday at 12pm PST.

The goal is to communicate that the President of the United States has come to this house to have dinner with a family.

There is a dolly camera move in the shot so you will need to 3D motion track the footage to achieve a realistic effect.  

The duration of the clip is exactly 71 frames.

REFERENCE – THE BLACK SUV

Job 1 – THREE BLACK SUVS (CG/3D)
Find the most realistic CG model of a BLACK SUV that will allow you to work as quickly as possible. All three BLACK SUVs can be identical so you can use the same model.

Purchase the model, send us the receipt. We will reimburse you immediately.

You can also have us purchase it for you if you prefer. We prefer you purchase it so that you don’t have to wait for us.

Composite & light the BLACK SUVS into the scene so that it matches the footage clip. It should look like it’s sitting in the shade.

Job 2 – 3D MOTION/CAMERA TRACKING

3D MOTION/CAMERA TRACK the footage clip so that the BLACK SUVS move relative to camera the way they would if they were actually parked outside the house.

Final Deliverables:
We will need your final shot by Wednesday at 12pm PST.

I need an empty space with a tall ceiling staged with furniture in a modern classic space that has been renovated and it’s quite pretty. I am a commercial real estate broker in Arizona. I have some drone video and photo’s that could be taken from that drone video of a piece of land that I am listing. I have architecture plans, building specs and some design I can share and I need a rendering to be created, it could be photo or it could be video, I am open for either one but the goal is to be able to have potential buyers be able to visualize what is going to be built so they are excited about buying something that has not yet been built.

I have uploaded some examples of what is going to be built along with the plans for reference.

Im looking for a talented CGI/VFX professional to create 1 CGI still images and 1 .10 second video.  

I have attached an image of the reference which is the image of the flower necklace.  (this is the reference image)

Also attached is the product.

Image 1 should similar to the flower reference but our product.

Image 2 should be like the video reference but our product.
