This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business, managing inventory, and leading our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our ecommerce business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from order placement to delivery.
• Inventory Management: Manage and optimize our inventory levels to ensure products are always available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage our Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they provide top-notch service and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to the senior management team to inform decision-making.
• Flexibility: Be available for meetings and communications as needed, including working with team members across different time zones.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations management, with a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, inventory management, and customer service.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet and handle challenges as they arise.
Hourly Range: $12.00-$17.00
