We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Ecommerce Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ecommerce operations, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business, managing inventory, and leading our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our ecommerce business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from order placement to delivery.
• Inventory Management: Manage and optimize our inventory levels to ensure products are always available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage our Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they provide top-notch service and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to the senior management team to inform decision-making.
• Flexibility: Be available for meetings and communications as needed, including working with team members across different time zones.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations management, with a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, inventory management, and customer service.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet and handle challenges as they arise.

Hourly Range: $12.00-$17.00

Approximate format of the database: exercise name (can be in English or other language) / text description of the exercise / photo of the exercise 2-5pcs / video or link to the video (preferably) / what muscle group the exercise is designed for (preferably) / type of machine on which the exercise is performed / weight and number of repetitions for different levels of users or recommended for the average level (preferably). The databases found do not have to have all the fields, but it is desirable to have as many of the above fields as possible and possibly other fields as well.
