FRONT VIEW: Pavers in the porch different colour. The lower part of the porch’s Merbau posts to be grey colour stone. Railing also Merbau timber. Poles underneath the railing to be white, not black. The porch area in front of the 3 windows to be 1600mm deep, not 1200m. The front fence to be 1.3m high, not 1.8m except around the bins on the right. Remove the small box on the fence on the far right. Add a silver mailbox opening to the front fence close to the left-side carport post. Remove the palm trees in the front fence line and add three 1.6m high grass trees. Add 4 yellow flowering trees to the council’s nature strip surrounded by pavers, The carport to be 6000mm wide, not 6480 and in the middle of the front wall. The posts in the carport to be 200x200mm Merbau timber, no bricks in the lower part. The posts to be behind the front fence and its short 90-degree side walls. Add lots of solar panels on the front facing roof areas, but not on the porch and carport roofs. The house roof needs to be in cathedral style above the balcony supported by four 200x200mm Merbau posts, one post in each corner. Also, the other roof areas on the left and in the rear need to be in cathedral style. Also, the roof needs to cover the whole 1.5m depth of the balcony, not just a little bit of it. The posts for the balcony’s railing to be 140x140mm Merbau timber. The railing to be 125x50mm Merbau timber. with white poles under the railing, not black.
REAR VIEW: Add awnings to all windows that are not under the patio’s or walkway’s roof. The lower part of the posts to be grey colour stone. Pavers in the patio and walkway different colour, not grey. Remove the dog structure on the right. Add "Makinen Residence".
An extensive doc with pictures for the changes will be provided.
Provide updated Lumion and SketchUp-files and 3D aerial pix for customer’s review and approval.
