Accounting Specialist for Weekly Payroll and Financial Reports – Upwork

Local business looking for specialist to take over weekly payroll. Must have minimum 5 years experience in accounting or finance positions and conversational English.

You will be responsible for:
– Reviewing books line by line to categorize any past transactions and reconcile accounts
– Ensure accuracy of books by maintaining accounts throughout each week
– Provide a seamless experience with clear communication
– Monitor the health of business by running and reviewing weekly reports
– Process payroll weekly with individual payout reports
– Helping move onto a direct deposit platform like Gusto to streamline payouts

Hourly Range: $15.00-$45.00
