Introduction:
We are a Life company dedicated to empowering individuals through personalized coaching and transformative online programs, social media videos, etc. (please see below) We are currently seeking a versatile and experienced Curriculum Builder who also has expertise with online funnel platforms. This role involves both developing comprehensive online curricula and building effective marketing funnels to ensure successful course launches.
Project Overview:
We need a skilled professional to help us review existing documents and folders, build cohesive online curricula, create modules, and set up the curriculum into an online platform. Additionally, this role requires experience in developing and managing marketing funnels, including advertisement videos, opt-in pages, email series, webinars, sales pages, booking systems, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Building/Developing:
-Set Weekly and Project End Date Deadlines and Goals
-Content Strategy: Design a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and
objectives, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social
media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.
-Review and organize existing content into a cohesive online curriculum
-Create modules that are engaging and relatable to our niche
-Understand and incorporate relevant graphics throughout the program
-Set up curriculum into online modules using appropriate platforms
-Provide supportive and directive suggestions for the format, including what and where to include
material
-Establish clear goals and deadlines for curriculum development
-Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of curriculum creation
-Must be open/available to collaborate and communicate with other Teams Members
Funnel Building:
-Set Weekly and Project End Date Deadlines and Goals
-Develop a deep understanding of the psychology behind online marketing
-Build funnels starting from advertisement videos, Social media post, etc to final sales conversions
-Create and manage email opt-in pages and deliver free gifts to subscribers
-Develop email series, welcome videos, surveys, etc to engage leads
-Set up and manage interactive webinar sign-ups, video/slides, and live coaching calls
-Design and optimize sales pages and booking calendars for maximum conversion
-Track and analyze funnel performance to ensure marketing goals are met
-Suggest and Provide Helpful Email Guide Templates
-Able to do A/B Testing Cycles
Requirements
-Proven experience in curriculum building and online education
-Expertise in online funnel platforms and marketing strategies
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
-Knowledge of psychology in online marketing is a plus
-Be available for response to present each other ideas, quickly implement and continue building.
-Communicate clear English over phone
-Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
-Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in the Self help, Education, Industry
-Proficiency with curriculum platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific) and marketing tools (e.g.,
ClickFunnels, Leadpages)
-Background in digital product development and online course creation
Project Timeline
This is a project-based position with an expected timeline of 3-6 months, depending on the scope and complexity of the curriculum and funnel projects. Would like to get First Product up withing 90 Days and the First 2-3Funnel Set up and LIVE withing 60 Days. More Products/Services to Follow.
