AutoCad – Upwork

Hello, I am looking for a 2D and 3D plan to construct a house. I already have few plans, but I am not satisfied, I want to see if someone can create a plan  and give me a good plan and optimise the entire plot with setbacks.

Some inputs of the plot:

plot size: 180 sqyd
Construction Area : 130Sqyd
Foundation needed for 4 floors
Need 2 Rooms, Drawing , Hall, Kitchen, Separate entrance for Hall and Drawing room
Need 2 full bathroom and one half
Need good ventilation
one car parking.
need lyft
I will attach the existing plan, just to get an idea of the plot
