"We are currently seeking skilled appointment setters with a proven track record in lead generation for an urgent position. As a vital member of our team, your primary role involves connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales and business development teams.

Your compensation will be directly tied to achieving specific time-bound targets, emphasizing the substantial impact of your performance. This position requires a quick grasp of product details, effective engagement with leads, and consistent goal achievement within designated deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve a target of 300 appointments within three weeks.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of one to two products.
• Manage an assigned client and prospect list.
• Make a specified number of calls per hour to secure appointments.
• Take ownership of one to two products, demonstrating ample knowledge to persuade clients to accept meeting invitations.
• Execute tasks promptly and send authentic meeting invitations to relevant individuals.

Requirements and Skills:

• Showcase 5-10 years of experience in lead generation.
• Proficiency in effective lead-generation techniques.
• Previous experience utilizing various lead generation methods.
• Ability to engage effectively with potential clients and prospects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Robust analytical abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Bitrix24.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with call dialer interfaces, preferably Zadarma.
