Job Description:
As a Freelance Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to the implementation of new initiatives and programs within our online health and fitness coaching platform. You will work closely with our leadership team to translate project visions into actionable plans and ensure timely execution by effectively coordinating resources and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities:
– Attend leadership calls to understand project visions and objectives.
– Create project management boards in Asana and assign tasks and deadlines to team members.
– Oversee project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
– Monitor pending tasks and address any bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
– Set up automations within Asana to notify staff members of deadlines and pending task completion.
– Communicate regularly with team members via Slack and Asana to provide updates and address any issues.
– Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and ensure alignment with project goals.
– Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a remote work environment.
– Proficiency in project management tools, with expertise in Asana preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
– Familiarity with setting up automations in Asana (preferred but not required).
Hourly Range: $5.00-$15.00
