Assistant – Training and Admin – Upwork


We are a growing franchise business looking for someone to assist with communications with our franchisees.

Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for communicating with franchisees via email, Google Chat and phone. This includes organising Google Drive and Google Forms, assisting with the onboarding and training of new franchisees, and providing ongoing support as needed. Additionally, there may be other administrative tasks, such as social media scheduling.

The main role will be communication with our franchisees. They need assistance with their onboarding and training, and they will have a lot of questions. If you don’t know the answer, you can come to me, but you will hopefully become independent quickly. They will also need ongoing support at times.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be available to answer queries from 9 am to 5 pm NZST (New Zealand Standard Time). You should have a positive and friendly demeanour with an excellent phone manner. Fluency in English is essential, and speaking Hindi would be a bonus. You must be highly organised with great attention to detail.
