I need of a skilled legal researcher/ lawyer to assist with a project involving a civil case. 1st needed will be conducting a researching of federal civil procedure, 2nd a review of civil claims for the support evidence, a simple search for 1st amendment violations claimed against the entity. 3. A possible minimal amount of legal instruction. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with only a simple explanation of the result needed. .

The goal is for under 3hrs with the belief an expert will already be familiar with and posses all of the required info and only require a quick case law search. however no applicant will be ignored. I am looking to end an ongoing case for a defendants failures to disclose evidence.
Hourly Range: $30.00-$75.00
