Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle various tasks that are crucial to our business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, order fulfilment, data entry, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support Emails:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and support emails in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
E-commerce Order Fulfilment & Communications with Supplier:
Process and fulfil e-commerce orders accurately and promptly.
Communicate with suppliers to manage inventory and ensure smooth order fulfilment processes.
Data Entry in Google Sheets for Financials:
Enter and maintain accurate financial data in Google Sheets.
Use advanced functions and formulas to organise and analyse data efficiently.
Shopify Assistant:
Assist with managing the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
Utilise Shopify’s tools to analyse sales data and provide insights for business decisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product and inventory management.
Background in e-commerce and dropshipping is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
