### **Scope of Work:**
1. **Provide Example Shopify Store:**
– **Objective:** Identify and present a successful Shopify dropshipping store that has a proven track record of generating six figures in revenue.
– **Requirements:**
– Recommend a Shopify store layout and structure that can serve as a model, focusing on elements like product presentation, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
– Highlight key features and apps used in the example store that contribute to its success.
– Provide insights into why this store is successful and how we can adapt its layout and strategies to our niche.
2. **Pilot Test Campaign:**
– **Objective:** Create and manage a small-scale pilot campaign to validate the store’s potential, focusing on achieving a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) with a small budget.
– **Requirements:**
– Develop and execute a strategic ad campaign (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) targeting the chosen niche and products.
– Manage the campaign with a limited budget, with a focus on optimizing for ROAS.
– Provide a detailed report on the campaign’s performance, including key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS, along with recommendations for scaling based on the results.
### **Compensation:**
– **Pilot Phase**: We are offering a flat rate of $100 for the initial consultation, example store recommendation, and management of the pilot campaign.
– **Ongoing Opportunity**: If the pilot achieves a positive ROAS, we are open to negotiating an ongoing contract for you to create and manage additional campaigns and stores for us.
### **Requirements:**
– Proven experience in launching and scaling dropshipping stores to six figures.
– Deep understanding of Shopify platform features, digital marketing, and ad campaign management.
– Ability to provide a clear and actionable example of a successful Shopify store to serve as a model.
– Proven success in creating and managing ad campaigns with a focus on achieving a strong ROAS.
– **Proof Submission**: You must submit verifiable proof of your previous success, including screenshots, case studies, or reports showing ROAS and sales figures from past campaigns.
– Excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth consultation and campaign management process.
– Availability for a brief consultation session followed by active management of the pilot campaign.
