Receptionist – Customer Support – Frontline – Upwork


I am looking for a receptionist, customer service expert and someone to be the frontline for my mobile DNA testing business. I will need you to answer all phone calls and help customer, sometimes helping them decide which test they need), giving them pricing, helping them understand the process, go over policies. You will be reaching out, either phone call or texst, if they allow to see how things went, offer empathy for results and seeing if theres anything we can do to help. Helping set up appointments and confirm them. Occasionally you might have to call the lab to see if something went wrong. So you will need to be knowledgable with the different DNA tests (non blood draw) and determine if they need a legal or non legal test. You need to be HIPAA compliant or be willing to become compliant.
-Outbound calls arent neccessary but there is a referral/bonus for getting new tests or partnerships
– You will be self managed
