We manufacture high-quality aluminum frames. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD/Aluminum Frame Drawer to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
**Job Description:**
As a CAD/Aluminum Frame Drawer, you will play a crucial role in our design and production process. You will be responsible for creating detailed aluminum frame drawings and ensuring administration is also up-to-date. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional products to our clients.
**Daily Responsibilities:**
1. **Email Management:**
– Read and respond to emails promptly, ensuring all communications are addressed in a timely manner.
– Action emails by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with team members, and following up on client inquiries and project updates.
2. **Design and Drafting:**
– Utilize Orgadata to create precise aluminum frame drawings based on project specifications – training using this system will be provided.
– Communicate with clients and the production team to ensure design specifications are correct and feasible.
– Ensure all designs meet industry standards and company guidelines.
3. **Administration:**
– Prepare quotes
– Issue invoices for completed projects.
– Ensure all billing details are accurate and complete, reflecting the work performed and materials used.
– Create list of products that need to be ordered
– Co-ordinate with delievery services to ensure the products are delievered in time.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in window or door frame design or a related field.
– Proficiency in Orgadata or similar design software.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
