Our company is undergoing a change in one of our existing product ranges, and we need someone proficient in SketchUp and Layout to update our Technical Drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) accordingly. If we are happy with your work we would consider you for future projects of a similar scope along with production of Assembly Instructions and New Product Drawings and BOM creation.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our design team to understand the material change requirements.
Utilise SketchUp to modify and update 3D models of our products adhering to model structures and hierarchies.
Use Layout to create and modify precise Technical Drawings and BOMs.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications throughout the project.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SketchUp and Layout, with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.
Familiarity with timber construction and materials is highly desirable.
Understanding of basic manufacturing systems and component breakdowns within that system
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
