-Ensure app metadata (descriptions, keywords, screenshots) are compelling, accurate, and optimized for search and discovery.
-Provide strategic input into weekly operational planning related to app store activities.
-Monitor app performance metrics (downloads, ratings, reviews) and adjust strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
-Contribute to planning and execution of in-store marketing campaigns to promote app downloads and user engagement.
-Create effective promotional materials and strategies tailored to app store platforms.
-Conduct quality assurance checks on app updates, ensuring compliance with app store guidelines and standards.
-Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain app store presence and positive user experience.
-Monitor user reviews, feedback, and ratings on app stores to gather insights and identify trends.
-Advocate for user needs and preferences in app development and marketing decisions.
-Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence as a representative of the company on app stores.
-Demonstrate strong customer service skills in responding to user inquiries and issues effectively.
-Manage app store accounts, including uploading new apps, updates, and managing app metadata.
-Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and downloads.
-Monitor app store trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend operational improvements.

Qualifications:
-Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills in both languages.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience in merchandising, operations, or a related field is preferred.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Availability to work European hours to ensure efficiency in VOC management and coordination with the team.
Schedule: Full time, 8 hours and 5 days a week
Salary rate: $1000~$2000
