As I gear up for the launch, I am looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join my team and help streamline supply chain processes, manage inventory, and launch delivery services in America, with plans for expansion into the Asian market.

Job Description:

I am seeking an Operations Specialist to set up and manage the supply chain for Nutty Revenge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding, analyzing, and communicating with suppliers of nuts and packaging, as well as printing companies. Additionally, you will manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Management:
   – Identify and communicate with suppliers for nuts, packaging materials, and printing services.
   – Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
   – Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met.

2. Inventory Management:
   – Keep track of inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
   – Forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
   – Implement and maintain inventory management systems.

3. Delivery Coordination:
   – Set up and manage delivery processes, ensuring timely and anonymous delivery of products.
   – Collaborate with courier services to streamline the shipping process.
   – Monitor delivery performance and address any issues that arise.

4. Operational Workflow:
   – Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
   – Coordinate with the creative team to ensure seamless integration of product design and packaging.
   – Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

5. Amazon Services Management:
   – Utilize Amazon services for order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
   – Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices.
   – Monitor and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales.

Requirements:
1. Experience and Skillset:
   – Proven experience in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
   – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   – Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
   – Knowledge of Amazon services and best practices for e-commerce.

2. Global Supplier Knowledge:
   – Familiarity with worldwide suppliers, not limited to the American market, to make better and more cost-effective decisions
   – Ability to navigate international supply chains and manage cross-border relationships.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
