Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, 30-40 hrs/week) – Upwork


Hi! I’m looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join my wholesale real estate company. This is a full-time position, requiring 30-40 hours per week (5-8 hours per day). Are you available for such a contract?

Responsibilities:

Real Estate Tasks:

Research Potential Property Leads: Use Propstream to identify motivated seller leads. Compile lists of potential sellers.

Skip Tracing Management: Send formatted spreadsheets to the Skiptrace team on Fiverr. Validate lists using tools like Propstream, Zillow, Google Maps, Realtor.com, and Redfin. Upload completed Skiptrace files to CRM for text and email blasts.

Property Research: Gather property details (tax records, ownership history). Analyze comparable sales in the area. Assess neighborhood and market trends. Generate comps for seller offers and end buyer ARVs.

Data Management: Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information. Organize documents and contracts in cloud storage.

Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence. Prepare and review contracts and documents. Assist in drafting and sending out offers.

Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and news. Report on competitive activity in the market.

Project Management: Track progress on active deals. Coordinate tasks with contractors or team members.

Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from potential sellers or buyers. Provide updates to clients about their transactions.

Social Media Management:

Content Creation and Management: Post regular updates and property listings on social media. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.

Marketing: Create and manage property listings on various platforms. Design and post property ads on social media. Develop email marketing campaigns for potential buyers.

Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports on lead status, marketing efforts, and closed deals. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Experience in real estate, especially in a virtual assistant role. Proficiency in using Propstream, Zillow, Google Maps, Realtor.com, and Redfin. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud storage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience in social media management and marketing.
