As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part-time Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on impactful campaigns and daily marketing activities, collaborating closely with creative talents within our team.
The Role:
We are in search of a motivated and organized Part-Time Marketing Project Manager to lead our marketing projects from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or project management, with a strong preference for those who have experience in the IT or technology sectors. You will be coordinating with multiple team members including graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers, ensuring that our large campaigns and daily marketing activities are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects within deadlines and budget, ranging from large-scale campaigns to day-to-day activities.
– Serve as the primary point of contact between various team members, including graphic designers, video editors, social media managers, and other stakeholders.
– Utilize project management tools such as monday.com to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure smooth communication across the team.
– Collaborate closely with team members to ensure marketing materials meet IT Select’s standards and brand voice.
– Adapt strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness and efficiency in our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably within the IT or technology sectors.
– Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., monday.com) and excellent organizational skills.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
– Creative thinking with attention to detail.
– Part-time availability with flexibility to coordinate with team members in different time zones.
