We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team for a long-term collaboration. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our Shopify store, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.
Responsibilities:
– Order Fulfilment: Manage and fulfil customer orders promptly to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries via email and chat inbox, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
– Manual Data Entry & Digital Product Management: Handle tasks such as moving files to Trello, sending files, and other related activities.
– Quality Control: Monitor the quality of digital products (mainly cartoon drawings) to ensure they meet our standards.
Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure everything runs smoothly.
– Use of Translation Apps and AI Tools: Ability to utilize translation apps and AI tools like ChatGPT to efficiently solve problems and manage tasks in an international setting (being able to use AI for work with sheets etc.)
– Virtual Assistant Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
– Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and team members to maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
– Experience: Must have experience with Shopify and related software tools.
– Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design and quality, ensuring every product meets our standards.
– Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
